Refund policy

Made to order bridal
All of our dresses are made to order. If you choose to order a dress in standard sizing then the length of the dress will be made to your height and if you choose to place a custom order then the gown will be entirely made to your own measurements.
As your dress is made especially for you to your own measurements and height, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless of a manufacturing fault.  Please ensure your measurements are correct before we start work on your dress.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sample Sale
Before purchasing, please consider that all sales are final – we do not accept returns or refunds on sample sale items.\\
We would never sell a sample dress with some sort of defect or stain. All of the sample

Exchanges
Due to the nature of our items being made to order or entirely custom made, we don't offer exchanges unless there is a genuine manufacturing fault (for example different color or fabric). We carefully inspect every garment before shipping to make sure it's in perfect condition and exactly as ordered.
